Pete Doherty teams with The Whos Roger Daltrey at one-off gig
January 14th, 2009 - 4:46 pm ICT by ANILondon, January 14 (ANI): Singer Pete Doherty teamed up with The Whos Roger Daltrey to scratch some rock tunes together at a one-off concert.
The duo synchronised their guitars to pay tribute to the life of cancer bearer Daniel Squires, who passed away last year, reports the Sun.
Audience at the Bristols O2 Academy were treated to head banging tracks including those from Dohertys Babyshambles, Behind Blue Eyes, Substitute and I Cant Explain.
The pair also performed Johnny Cashs I Got Stripes and Ring Of Fire before concluding the evening with My Generation. (ANI)
