Percept Horrotainment presents new faces of horror

By Joginder Tuteja Horror genre and Louis Wilson go hand in hand. After making HO SAKTA HAI, his next horror film ‘8′ has been announced. The film stars Sameer Dattani and marks the debut of Sheena Nayar.
Why did he choose to cast relatively new faces for his film which is being backed by corporate giant Percept Pictures?
“Let’s remember one basic funda when it comes to making films belonging to horror genre. When it comes to horror films, the USP is plain and simple horror. You may or may not have stars in the film, but it doesn’t really matter. What you need to have is the right chill and thrill quotient with actors who can hold their own on the frames”, details Wilson Louis whose debut film HO SAKTA HAI too had new faces.
“It’s not that big stars are not showing keen interest in working in horror films. In fact quite a few actors have sent feelers that they would love to be a part of horror films. But then all of it has to materialize on paper as well. You can’t really wait for the final nod to come in. If you have the script ready along with producers and the actors who are willing to give their all to a product like this, you should go ahead and make your film. This is what I am doing with ‘8′ as well.”
To be shot primarily in Rajasthan, ‘8′ is the flagship project for Percept Picture Company’s newly found wing ‘PPC Horrotainment’.
