Penn helps out in Haiti
January 23rd, 2010 - 1:27 pm ICT by Sampurn WireActor Sean Penn and former presidential candidate John Edwards are part of the team that arrived in Haiti. They have gone there to hand out food and other supplies to the disaster survivors.
Penn is known to use his resources for helping out the needy. He had also visited New Orleans, Louisiana after the Hurricane Katrina disaster to help the people.
Haiti native Wyclef Jean too had come there to help out last weekend and will be making another trip on Saturday, January 23.
