Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem Welcomes Baby Boy
January 26th, 2011 - 11:21 pm ICT by Angela Kaye MasonJan 26 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Penelope Cruz has given birth to her first child, a bouncing baby boy, At Cedars Sinai medical center in Beverly Hills this weekend. The birth came just before Bardem was given an Oscar nod for his work in the film “Bituful”.
The couple were married in early July during a small ceremony in the Bahamas. Although the couple are Spanish, Penelope was reportedly staying in America for the last few months, so that their child would be American. The native Spaniards met on the set of “Jamon, Jamon”, in 1992. and began to date in 2007, but kept the relationship a secret for quite some time. The starred in the romantic comedy by Woody Allen entitled “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” in 2008.
The baby’s name has not yet been released.
