Pattinson to help Cambodian charity
October 26th, 2011 - 4:12 am ICT by IANSLondon, Oct 26 (IANS) Actor Robert Pattinson is auctioning off a private screening of his upcoming movie “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1″, which he hopes will raise money to build a home for young girls in Cambodia.
The profits from the private screening, which will take place in Los Angeles Nov 17, will go to the GO Campaign, which is raising money to build a permanent home for Program Advancing Girls Education (PAGE), reports femalefirst.co.uk.
PAGE, an organisation helping to educate teenaged girls in Cambodia, currently houses 12 girls in a rented facility.
