Pattinson denies dating Kristen Stewart
January 2nd, 2010 - 3:55 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )London, Jan 2 (IANS) Hollywood actor Robert Pattinson has denied rumours of dating ‘Twilight’ co-star Kristen Stewart and insists that he is single and on the lookout for a new girlfriend.
“Of course I had a crush on her but we are just very good friends. I am young, free and single. I like people being forward. Gosh, I don’t know. I like strong people,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted Pattinson as saying.
Pattinson, who played a vampire in the ‘Twilight’ series, admitted that his main motivation to win the role was getting to know the actress. He said he went for audition only to see Kristen as he had a huge crush on her.
“I had read the script and I barely knew that they were books too. The only reason I went to the audition was to see Kristen because I had a huge crush on her,” said Pattinson.
