Patti LuPone to make an appearance on Glee

Reports on the Internet say the Broadway icon is currently filming the show with the other cast members in New York.
Having Patti on Glee has been the desire of several fans. Some Glee fanatics have even gone to the extent of creating Facebook campaigns urging the show’s creators to consider getting Patti on the show. After pressing so hard, the show’s producers seem to have heard the plea and acted accordingly.
Lea Michele confirmed the inclusion of Patti to the casts of the show when she took to Twitter. The actress tweeted that, “On set right now working with one of my all time idols…another day where glee makes one of my dreams come true:).”
Patti is adored by her fans. The Outer Critics Circle added her name to their nomination lists for her role in the Broadway show, “Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown.”
There has been no official confirmation from the executives of the show on the latest news. Glee has risen to become highly successful since it hit the screens.
