Internet Rumours say Patrick Swayze is dead after a long suffering from cancer. It’s found that he is still alive.
The rumours are found to be wrong, the Swayze is not dead. Instead, he was hospitalized with pneumonia on January 9,2009 and the pneumonia is said to be a complication of chemotherapy treatments for Swayze’s cancer. He also says he is planing to be back to promote his new show, “The Beast,” very soon.
The 56 year old actor and song writer was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in late January 2008 but he decided to continue working by signing on to be the lead in a new A&E television series, The Beast, which will begin airing on January 15, 2009.
Patrick Swayze is best-known as a romantic leading man in films such as Dirty Dancing (1987) and Ghost (1990), for which he received Golden Globe nominations, along with his performance in To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar (1995). He was also listed by People magazine as “Sexiest Man Alive” in 1991.
