Washington, Dec 21 (ANI): Dolly Parton’s handwritten lyrics to hit ballad ‘I Will Always Love You’ fetched 7,150 dollars at a charity auction in Nashville, Tennessee.
The words penned by Parton became a massive hit for Whitney Houston and was the top item at the sale, reports Contactmusic.
Willie Nelson’s handwritten lyrics ‘On the Road Again’ also went under the hammer at the auction.
Original lyrics penned by Robert Plant, Peter Frampton and Patty Griffin were also up for grabs. (ANI)
