Paris Hilton To Plead Guilty

Sep 20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The 29 year old Paris Hilton is ready to plead guilty in court in order to save herself from serving a jail sentence. Paris Hilton was arrested last month on August 27 when she was caught with cocaine. She has two charges against herself, one is that of being in possession of Cocaine and the second is that of obstructing an officer. She has decided to plead guilty to both the misdemeanors. She will now have to serve a year of unsupervised probation and complete a substance abuse program. Moreover Paris Hilton will have to pay a $2000 fine and perform a 200 hours of community service.
The Socialite heiress was arrested in Las Vegas inside the Wynn resort when a small bag of 0.08 gram cocaine fell out of her bag as she reached for her lip balm. If she is found violating the regulations during the one year period then she will have to serve a one year sentence in the Clark County Detention Center. Paris Hilton was also previously arrested in the month of June in South Africa on drug charges which were then dropped.
David Roger an attorney of the Nevada Clark County District explained how the agreement was directed towards ensuring that Paris Hilton stays within her limit. If she even toes her line during the year of the agreement she will be immediately sentenced to one year of Prison. Guess Socialite heiress Paris Hilton will just have to make sure that the next time she reaches inside her hand bag for her lip balm no Cocaine slips out.
