London, Jan 6 (IANS) Paris Hilton is devastated by her friend and heiress Casey Johnson’s death and says she feels she has lost a sister.
“I feel so sad right now, my heart is in pain. Just lost a long-time friend. My heart goes out to her family,” Paris posted on her Twitter page.

“In bed crying, looking at baby pictures of Casey, Nicky and I. I feel so upset. I feel like I’ve lost a sister. My heart is broken. Miss her. God has another angel by his side. Casey, we all love and miss you and know that you are in a better place,” she added.

Casey’s parents and Hilton’s parents have been friends since before both girls were born. Paris’ sister Nicky Hilton is godmother to Casey’s adopted daughter, Ava, 3.

Casey lay dead for days before her body was discovered at her home in Los Angeles Monday morning. The Johnson & Johnson heiress, who was engaged to reality TV star Tila Tequila, had a history of diabetes and twice slipped into diabetic coma. Officials have completed an autopsy on the 30-year-old’s body and determined there were no signs of trauma on Johnson’s body.

Law enforcement sources claim she had been dead for several days, reported imdb.com.

The cause of death is deferred pending toxicology tests.

Tequila has revealed she last saw her fiancee Dec 28, when the couple fought. The reality TV star tried to contact her partner by phone over the New Year weekend, but could not get hold of her.

“Everyone please pray for Casey Johnson. She has passed away. Thank you for all your love and support but I will be offline to be with family,” Tequila wrote on her Twitter page.
