Paralyzed bride all set to marry

The accident happened during her bachelorette party and it only pushed the date of the wedding forward- it didn’t stop it. The couple has announced that they will be tying the knot on Friday - that is more than a year since the accident happened.
During an interview with ABC News, 25-year-old Rachelle Friedman explained that she was having a party with her friends when the incident happened. One of her bridesmaids inadvertently pushed her to the shallow end of a swimming pool and she stated that as soon as she fell she realized that she was hurt. She subsequently asked the friends to call 911.
She was indeed hurt because she has since been paralyzed from the waist down. Her fiancé has stood by her all the time and now the 28-year-old is ready to go ahead with what he wanted to do about a year ago – wed her.
Chris Chapman told ABC that, “I’ll be happy and relieved to see her coming down the aisle. It’s something we’ve been working on for quite a while.”
The event will take place this Friday and the couple plans to jet off to Fiji for their honeymoon.
