Nov. 30, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The California Highway Patrol released the news on Sunday that the former wife of David Hasselhoff, the famous Baywatch star, had been pulled over for driving under influence. Pamela Bach has to appear before the court on the date that has been appointed to her. The incident happened on Saturday. She was pulled over when the traffic police noticed some signs of being under the influence of some intoxicant.

She was pulled over on Saturday night, in the Laurel Canyon Boulevard, a few miles south of the United States 101 Freeway. The actress was taken into the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department and spent the night in the Van Nuys prison. She was asked to take a breathalyzer test and it was found that the alcohol level in her blood was .13 and .14, according to an official of the California Highway Patrol. The legal limit of California is .8. She was released in the morning. She has been asked to appear before the court on Dec. 24.

This is not the first time that Bach has been involved in a tiff with the law. The actress, who filed for a divorce from her husband in 2006, has always been rather accident prone. She had been arrested in a hit and run case that involved minor injuries in 2007. However, she was released without much hassle as she had agreed to pay compensation for the damages and injuries. Again in March this very year, she had been taken into custody for a felony charge in Burbank. The amount of injuries were not specified in that matter, but in that case too, she had been driving under the influence.
