New York, May 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Model Padma Lakshmi who happens to be the ex wife of author Salman Rushdie has finally confessed to the media about her romance with billionaire Teddy Forstmann. Reportedly, it was during a charity fundraiser that the media flanked Padma Lakshmi and she went out public with her romance tale.

New York Public Library witnessed Padma Lakshmi delivering an emotional speech at The Endometriosis Foundation of America’s Blossom Ball. She went candid about her health conditions and her struggle with persisting endometriosis which had affected her uterus when she was carrying her baby daughter Krishna. She said that she is lucky to have a man like Teddy Forstmann in her life and she considers herself blessed in his company. Moving ahead she also said that she and Teddy Forstmann are in love with each other and she owes it all to the man who has changed her life. She was all in praises for the billionaire and said that in her opinion Teddy Forstmann is perhaps one out of many who can stand by one in times of distress and offer his unselfish love which is both priceless and beautiful at the same time.

The model turned actress said that Teddy Forstmann is the one who had constantly supported her throughout her crisis period. As a matter of fact, there was a great buzz a few months back which said that Padma Lakshmi was carrying the child of Teddy Forstmann. When asked about it, Padma Lakshmi had preferred to keep mum about the whole thing. Following her divorce from author Salman Rushdie, Padma Lakshmi was also believed to have hooked up with Michael Dell.
