The music of Paa has received lot of appreciation from the critic for its beautiful music. According to the reviewers, songs will hook the listener mainly for its simple lyrics and soulful music. But the lyricist Swanand Kirkire holds the film’s music in high regards for an altogether different reason.
“This film is special to me as I got to work with Mr. Amitabh Bachchan and Ilaiyaraaja. It’s a dream come true to work with Ilaiyaraaja for any lyricist. I am overwhelmed that I got this opportunity so early in life,” he expresses.
Something for which he could not contain his ecstasy is that Big B has voiced one of his lyrics. “When I recited the song to him, he appreciated the lyrics,” he said joyfully.
