Oprah Winfrey Lends Her Voice In “Sesame Street”

abc1Sep 22, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The American television icon Oprah Winfrey seems to know how to keep herself busy. After promising her audience of “The Oprah Winfrey Show” a free Trip to Australia this December, the legendary talk show host is now about to make her debut in the popular television series “Sesame Street”. The award-winning television series will make its 41st season debut next week on 27 September.

The much anticipated children series “Sesame Street” season 41 will also feature the singing sensation Katy Perry in a spoof of her own song “Hot N Cold”. The online preview of the “Sesame Street” premiere, shows the singer looking ravishing in her low cut mermaid greenish dress and a wedding veil. However, Oprah Winfrey will lend her voice in a chat parody called as “The ‘O’ Show”. The whole section is going to be an animated segment in which Oprah Winfrey will be interviewing “Otto the Orangutan” and “Ophelia the Octopus”. The audience will surely understand that the whole segment is a parody of Paul the “psychic” Octopus and Orangutans at the Oregon zoo.

Other than the legendary talk show host Oprah Winfrey, the “Sesame Street” will also feature Usher, actors Jude Law and Colin Farrell. The NFL player Reggie Bush will also reportedly feature in the premiere of “Sesame Street”. A reputed media source reported that the new season of “Sesame Street” will also have number of parodies of television shows and movies. “True Mud” will be the parody of popular HBO Vampire Series “True Blood” and “Ironic Monster” will be the parody of comic book hero “Ironman”. The audience is now waiting to see their favorite show “Sesame Street”, which will be premiered on PBS.
