Los Angeles, Apr 26 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Oprah Winfrey recently admitted on her show that she bought some stock of ‘J Crew’ after seeing that Michelle Obama used to be so elegantly dressed in their outfits. She also added that she has been very happy with her decision. She said that, “Full disclosure here: I went and bought some J. Crew stock, and that was a very good decision.”

Oprah was very impressed with Michelle Obama’s dressing style and her choice of outfits, even before she became the First Lady of United States. When she learnt that they were sourced from J Crew, then Oprah not only replenished her own wardrobe with their outfits, but also bought some stock. After Michelle Obama became the First Lady, then the stock of J Crew rose by almost 5 times. Earlier it was under $10 and after Michelle Obama’s became the First Lady, it rose by 5 times, and it currently at $49. There is absolutely no wonder that Oprah Winfrey is very pleased with her decision to buy the stock of the retailer.

However Oprah was shocked when she realized that J Crew also made shoes, and she was ignorant of the fact. Oprah declared, “I’m wearing J. Crew head-to-toe and the thing that excites me the most — I didn’t know you guys did shoes!”
