Oprah Winfrey Biopic In The Making

July 14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Oprah Winfrey, the iconic talk show host needs no introduction. The talk show queen as she is often referred to is no less famous and liked than some of the well-known celebrities and actors who are seen in her shows. A biopic is going to be made on her life and it will also cover her stupendously successful run on TV that has spanned over two decades by now. The film on the life of the living legend will be produced by well known producer Larry A. Thompson and he has said its duration will range between two to 4 hours. The biopic will derive the source from the well known biography written by Kitty Kelley.
The TV project is likely to go on air in September next year and it will also mark the end of the weekly talk show hosted by Oprah Winfrey. He has the experience of making biopics on other celebrities in his career. He is incidentally a big fan of the host and has said that he will try to ensure that the film remains as authentic as possible. It is not known who will be roped in to play the role of the legendary talk show host. The talk show host herself has not spoken on the issue so far.
Oprah Winfrey has millions of fans worldwide who would be eagerly waiting for the biopic for sure. It is a challenge for the producer since the host is immensely popular among the viewers. In all probability an unknown actor will be inducted to play the host in this biopic.
