Oprah Sesame Street Debut

September 22, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Recent reports suggest that Oprah winfrey has lent her voice to “Sesame Street” for the very first time. The celebrity will be seen as an animated “O” chatting with guests like “Otto the Orangutan” and “Ophelia the Octopus”. The Producers of the Emmy Award winning show for the confirmed that Oprah’s Sesame Street Debut will be featured on the 41st season premiere.

“Sesame Street” is a wildly popular TV show meant for the pre-schoolers and Oprah’s voice will be featured in the Chat parody show called “The O Show”. “Sesame Street” premiers its 41st season on September 27, this is the very episode where Oprah will make her debut. It has been reported that pop singers like Katy Perry, Usher and actors like Jude Law, Colin Farrell and others will be featured in the new season of “Sesame Street”.

The 41st season of Sesame Street will have some new parodies based on popular TV shows and movies. Some of the spoofs include a “True Mud” (based on the series ‘True Blood’), and “Ironing Monster” (based on ‘Iron Man’ movies).

The famous Talk show queen Oprah Winfrey has won the hearts of millions of people through her humanitarian efforts. Oprah is one of the most influential women of this era who has given a lot back to the society. Although Oprah does not have children of her own she has a special place in her heart for kids. The Talk show host has built an orphanage for children all across the African Continent in an effort to mitigate the social chaos in the African countries.
