octomom April 15, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Nadya Suleman, who came to the glare of publicity after she gave birth to octuplets in January 2009, is geared up to come into sight on ‘the Oprah Winfrey show’. She was nicknamed ‘Octomom’ by the media after she had procreated octuplets. Suleman already possessed six other young kids prior to giving birth to the octuplets. She will be chatting about the difficulties of being a single mother and rearing fourteen children on the show.

According to Suleman’s legal representative, Jeff Czeck, Oprah delivered a crew last week to film the fundamentals of the existence Suleman leads at her home in La Habra, California. She also did a remote conference with Winfrey in Los Angeles that will come into view on the show. Czeck observed that the interview focused straightforwardly about existing with her fourteen children. However, the octomom did not receive a colossal amount of money for doing this interview.

Suleman will also emerge for a short time on Fox’s Idol Gives Back special. She will purportedly be a part of a ‘skit’ for the episode airing on April 21st.

The Suleman octuplets are only the second full set of octuplets to be born alive in America after the Chukwu octuplets in 1998. Suleman encountered an immense amount of censure when it was exposed that the single mother already had six other young children, was without a job and on public assistance programs.

The delivery of octuplets also led to a hullabaloo in the arena of assisted reproductive technology as well as an examination by the Medical Board of California of the fertility specialist concerned.
