Apr 15 (THAINDIAN NEWS) In an article posted on March 20, I told the story of Nadya Suleman, and the foreclosure threat that was looming over her head. The threat still stands, she and her 14 kids could soon lose their home, and now she’s scheduled to appear on Oprah Winfrey.

It was reported last month by TMZ that both Oprah Winfrey and Dr, Phil had been asked to help Nadya keep her home, and although they are both known for being very generous with helping people, both talk show hosts refused. Now one month later, she is set to appear on the Oprah Winfrey show, in a satellite interview, after an Oprah Winfrey camera crew spent the night in her home to see how she and her 14 kids are doing.

The camera crew sent by Oprah interviewed Nadya in her home in La Habra. The footage is due to air on April 20, and according to her attorney, Jeff Czech, Nadya “pretty much had the camera in her face the whole time.” He added, ” Oprah’s camera crew stayed overnight and filmed all 14 of Suleman’s children. The interview with Oprah, according to Czech, contains ” A lot of straight talk about surviving as the mother of 14. Some hardballs … no beating around the bush.” He went on to point out that although everyone thinks that Nadya gets government aid, she does not. She is making money almost any way she can, even agreeing with the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) to use herself as a bad example for pets. She signed a deal with the group to place a sign in her own front yard which reads, ““Don’t Let Your Dog or Cat Become an Octomom.” In return Nadya will receive $5000 and a month’s supply of veggie burgers. She refused an offer to appear in a porn movie, however, from an adult filmmaker who offered to pay off her mortgage in return for her appearance.

It was also announced that Octomom will appear on “American Idol Gives Back” the day after her Oprah interview airs. Her attorney did not say what talent she will be showing, nor how she was invited to appear.
