London, Feb 18 (ANI): Rock group Oasis two releases have been voted The Best British Albums Ever Recorded in a poll by music mag Q and retailer HMV.
Their 1994 album Definitely Maybe bagged the top spot, while their 1996 follow-up (What’s the Story) Morning Glory stood second.
Having polled three times more votes than any other act, Oasis are undoubtedly the nations most loved band, The Sun quoted Q editor Paul Rees, as saying.
Radiohead’s OK Computer landed the third spot while The Beatles Revolver was voted the fourth best album.
Rounding off the top five was Stone Roses’ self-titled debut.
