Now it’s ‘Dark Tide’ for Halle Berry
September 9th, 2009 - 2:47 pm ICT by IANSNew York, Sep 9 (IANS) Halle Berry is likely to star in the new action-thriller “Dark Tide” in which she will play a diving instructor who returns to the water after a near-death experience with a Great White shark.
Imdb.com reports that Clark Johnson will direct the movie and Temple Hill and “Twilight” franchise producers Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey will produce it. Independently financed for under $20 million, “Dark Tide” is expected to go on floors in South Africa before the end of the year.
Johnson is best known for directing “S.W.A.T.” and episodes of “The Wire” and “The Shield.”
Berry recently finished production on “Frankie and Alice”.
