London, March 26 (IANS) Trustees of British reality TV star Jade Goody’s estate are in talks for a film on her life. Goody succumbed to cervical cancer March 22.
The trustees are eager that the “Celebrity Big Brother” star’s second autobiography “Catch A Falling Star” be made into a feature film with the same name, reports mirror.co.uk.
“Her story lends itself to a biographical film. She has captured the mood of the nation. We want to raise awareness of cervical cancer,” said trustee Danny Hayward.
Nick Love, director of “The Business” and “The Football Factory”, is the family’s prime choice to take the project.
A spokesperson from Love’s company Vertigo Films said he was “very flattered” by the suggestion.
