London, Aug 20 (IANS) A representative for Prince William has denied reports that the British royal is planning to wed his long term girlfriend Kate Middleton next summer.
German aristocrat Eduard Prinz von Anhalt, who claims to be a distant cousin of William’s father Charles, Prince of Wales, fuelled speculation when he announced recently that a date has been set for the royal wedding.
But a spokesperson for Prince William, who is second in line to the British throne, is adamant von Anhalt’s claims are untrue, reports contactmusic.com.
“We have never heard of (von Anhalt) and no wedding date has been set,” said the spokesperson.
