No new romance for recently-split Charlotte Church
July 26th, 2010 - 3:38 pm ICT by ANILondon, July 26 (ANI): The singer who was linked to Welsh singer Charlotte Church has denied rumors of their link up insisting that they’re just good friends.
Jonathan Powell said that he and Church, who recently split with rugby player beau Gavin Henson, had just been making sweet music together.
“We’re just good friends,” the Daily Express quoted Church’s friend Powell as saying.
He has jointly written 10 songs for Charlotte’s new album that is due out in October 2010.
But it is apprehended that 24-year-old Charlotte has moved on after her split with rugby ace Gavin Henson.
“There’s really nothing going on. It has been a difficult time for Charlotte and the two have become good friends,” The Daily Express quoted Powell’s spokesman Rhiannon Morgan-Bell as saying.
She also said that the pair might fly to New York to promote Church’s new album. (ANI)
