No Charges For Jackson’s Seven “Other” Doctors

July 30 (THAINDIAN NEWS) There will be no charges filed against seven doctors, other than Dr Conrad Murray, who treated pop star icon Michael Jackson before is death by overdose last year, according to investigators for Los Angeles. The DEA has also closed their investigation of the seven doctors.
The Associated Press says that a spokesperson for the Attorney General Jerry Brown’s Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement that one of those doctors has been referred to the Medical Board of California for prescribing drugs to one of the “Jackson aliases” but the doctor was not named.
Conrad Murray, who was with Michael Jackson at the time of his death, and actually gave the pop star his final dose of several drugs which combined to kill him, has plead “not guilty”. His next hearing in the case will be held on August 23, and will face up to four years in prison if found guilty.
Joe Jackson, the father of Michael Jackson filed a suit for wrongful death in the case against Murray on the first anniversary of Michael’s death. As far as the other seven doctors, Joe Jackson’s attorney-Brian Oxman stated, “I am very disappointed. The misuse of medications by Michael Jackson in the last years of his life was excessive and to fail to bring that to the public eye is ignoring reality.”
