Aug 12, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The season premiere of ‘LA Ink’ featured Motley Crew bassist Nikki Sixx as he interviewed his girlfriend and tattoo artist Kat Von D with his co-host Kaseem. Considered a rock icon, Nikki Sixx will be seen throughout the season of LA Ink according to the reports. He will be shown getting a tattoo of Sixx Sense (his radio show) logo from Kat Von D.

Nikki Sixx’s Sixx Sense has enjoyed a successful run ever since its launch in February this year. The show has not only featured interesting interviews of the rock stars but also acted as a vehicle for the world premiere of new albums from artists such as Slash. Nikki Sixx, who is a celebrity rocker himself has also been one of the reasons for the show’s success. They have also hosted the announcement for the upcoming OZZFest in California where Motley Crew will be co-headlining the show. Some of the big names that will also be a part of the 6 day fest include the Ozzy Osbourne, Nonpoint and Devil Driver.

Nikki Sixx has long been associated with tattoo artist Kat Von D. The couple renewed their relationship recently after a short split. They announced on the radio and their Twitter pages that they were back together. Kat Von D has also been in the news for her split with her long time business partner Corey Miller. The two star tattoo artist were seen confronting each other in the season premiere but there was no gossip worthy TV drama. The show will air every Wednesday on the TLC network.
