London, Dec 20 (ANI): Rumour has it that Nicole Scherzinger has teamed up with Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber to record the theme song for his Phantom of the Opera sequel.

The title track will be ‘Love Never Dies’, which the West End legend has been working on for years.

It will reportedly be released as a single and launch the Pussycat Dolls hottie as a worldwide mega artist.

Nicole has been in London to record the new song - and spend some quality time with her beau Lewis Hamilton.

“Andrew is a huge fan of Nicole and her voice. He has always said she could become one of the biggest stars on the planet with the right songs,” News of the World quoted a theatre source as saying.

“Lewis is really happy because he spends a lot of time in London so the pair can be together - they spent a lot of time apart last year.

“Nicole wants to establish herself away from the Dolls and this is a sure-fire way to do that,” the source added.

However, this does not necessarily mean the end of Pussycat Dolls.

The band may be relaunched with new members backing up Nicole.

A source said: “Nicole will definitely record a new Dolls album at some point.

“But there’s been a lot of tension among the current members so they might not all get back together again.”

“There will be a new line-up Nicole is happy with. She IS the Pussycat Dolls,” the source added. (ANI)
