London, May 29 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Nicole Scherzinger will be the next guest judge on The X Factor.

Scherzinger has been replaced by Britney Spears and Demi Lovato on The X Factor USA. She will take part as a member of the UK judge panel at the show’s London auditions at the O2 Arena tomorrow (30th May).

The singer had previously replaced Cheryl Cole on the X Factor UK series in 2010 after Cole became ill with malaria. Scherzinger also later replaced Cole on the US X Factor.

The news comes after reports have claimed that the future of former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell as a permanent judge has been thrown into doubt. Another former Spice Girl - Mel B, is rumored to appear as a guest judge at the show’s Manchester auditions later this week.

Scherzinger rose to fame after becoming the lead singer of the pop group The Pussycat Dolls. With the group, she produced two albums and several singles between 2004 and 2009 including the tracks “Don’t Cha”, “Stickwitu” (which earned the group a Grammy Award nomination in 2005), “Beep”, “Buttons”, “When I Grow Up”, “I Hate This Part”, and “Jai Ho! (You Are My Destiny)”.
