However, her bodily weight has inflated lately. Now, Snooki has confessed that she is endeavoring to get rid of the pounds by being on a rigorous diet. She has mentioned to US Weekly that she has been a cheerleader and a gymnast in the past. There was a time when she looked perfect physically. However, she is embarrassed on seeing herself in the mirror today. She has professed that her weight is way above tolerable limits.

Snooki has a height that is merely 4ft 9in. She is rather pocket-sized. She has submitted herself to Dr. Siegal’s cookie diet. This diet enables Snooki to devour six cookies, which stifle her hunger. She has a solitary meal every day. The cookies are full of beef and milk protein. Each consists of 11 grams of carbohydrates and 90 calories.

Snooki has divulged that she guzzles a massive quantity of beer during the show. She, along with her colleagues, wolfs unhealthy foodstuffs. However, Snooki has now pledged that she would eliminate her unpleasant habit of binge drinking. Her objective is to jettison 10lbs to arrive at her target weight of 100lbs. She would drink but only a little.

Snooki has had to cope with physical issues earlier as well. She agreed that she experienced an eating disorder when she was in High School. She ate very little, which was extremely unhealthful.
