Nicole Kidman to play transsexual in film
November 10th, 2008 - 11:17 pm ICT by IANSNew York, Nov 10 (IANS) Australian actress Nicole Kidman will play a transsexual in her new film “The Danish Girl”.Kidman will co-star Charlize Theron in portraying the true story of Danish artists Einar and Greta Wegener respectively, reports Hollywood.com.
The movie will be based on David Ebershoff’s 2000 debut novel of the same name where the Wegener’s marriage takes a weird turn in the 1920s when Einar Wegener becomes a transsexual.
