London, June 2 (IANS) Australian actress Nicole Kidman has slammed reports suggesting that she is planning to adopt a Vietnamese baby.
“Nicole Kidman wants a baby from Vietnam. We’ve been approached by the American Embassy,” Dang Minh Dao, deputy of the Department of International Adoption at the Ministry of Justice in Hanoi was quoted as saying.
But Kidman’s spokesperson insisted that the news is not true, reported femalefirst.co.uk
Neither Kidman nor her husband have discussed any plans to adopt,” said the spokesperson.
The actress had earlier adopted two children - Isabella and Connor - with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
After separating from Cruise, she married country singer Keith Urban and has a 10-month-old daughter Sunday Rose.
