Nicolas Cage’s Vegas home for sale again

Cage is a property lover. He has several properties scattered throughout the world. He however sold some of them and one of those that he surrendered ownership was of the 14,000-square-foot home with a 16-car garage that he once lived in.
The house has a spa and a swimming pool with home theater and an elevator. It has seven bedrooms.
The house which is located in Las Vegas just had a new owner last year. Cage originally acquired the house in 2006, he had to pay $8.6 million. However less than two years later, he offered the house for sale. He initially wanted $9.95 million for the luxurious home but he finally sold the home for $9.49 million in July of 2008.
The home was offered for sale again last year and it was bought on the first day of offer for $4.95 million. That is the lowest the home has been sold.
The home is now owned by the bank and they are offering it for $8.9 million, according to the luxury website, luxist.com.
