Nicolas Cage to play ultra intelligent mole in new Disney flick
November 24th, 2007 - 4:51 pm ICT by admin ( Leave a comment )London, Nov24 (ANI): Hollywood star Nicolas Cage is all set to provide the lead voice for a new Disney flick on ultra-intelligent animal commandoes.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the Oscar-winning star will play a mole that works for a government agency in G-Force.
The movie is a blend of live action and animation, and is scheduled to release in 2009.
The film produced by Jerry Bruckheimer is still under production.
“It’s a good story - it’s unique characters, it’s half animation, half live action,” BBC quoted Bruckheimer, as telling the Hollywood Reporter.
“It falls right into the Disney family of films - the kind of films we make, like National Treasure, which entertain everybody from the smallest kid to the oldest grandparent,” he added.
Actor Bill Nighy and Arrested Development star Will Arnett have also been roped in to lend their voices for the movie. (ANI)
