Nicolas Cage sues business manager
October 19th, 2009 - 12:48 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Oct 19 (IANS) Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage is suing his former business manager for leaving him on the brink of financial ruin.
The 45-year-old is demanding more than $19 million damages, claiming he suffered catastrophic losses because of Samuel Levin’s dud investment decisions, reported thesun.co.uk.
Cage has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles accusing Levin of gross mismanagement and lining his pockets at the actor’s expense.
Cage owes more than $5 million in tax and is being sued over a $2 million credit deal.
