Apr 19, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actor Nicolas Cage may be burdened with the pressure of taxes over his head, but this is not reason enough for the actor to give in to his eccentric wishes. Reportedly Nicolas Cage recently purchased the “pyramid tomb”, this after he has to pay taxes to the government of an amount of at least $14 million.

Nicolas Cage has in the recent seen some bad times when his real estate holdings were subjected to heavy taxes. Also, the actor is being sued by a bank for not being able to repay a loan of about $2 million that he had borrowed almost two years back. One would naturally assume that a man who has such an enormous tax bill under his name will act with the necessary amount of caution before making any kind of monetary dealings. The same however cannot be held good for our very own Nicolas Cage, who has purchased the 9 feet tall “pyramid tomb” in a New Orleans cemetery.

Nicolas Cage has surely not put up a very practical behavior in the face of his adversity. Even while trying to collect the money required to pay his taxes, the actor kept his house for auction at a small amount of $10.4 million, very less when compared to the $35 million amount in which he had originally tried to sell it for. Even then the house still has not been sold, leaving Nicolas Cage stranded exactly where he was at the beginning of his doom. With his recent purchase though, it is anybody’s guess that the actor wants to be laid to rest like a king.
