The film directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films. The movie written by Sandeep Shrivastava and music by Pritam. Starring John Abraham, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Katrina Kaif, and Irrfan Khan.

New York will be the first release of 2009 for Yash Raj Films. The buzz for New York started as soon as the trailer of “New York” was unveiled during the release of the December 2008 Shahrukh Khan film, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.
