June 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) ‘Daniel Radcliffe’, perhaps best known to the world as ‘Harry Potter’ told ‘CNN’ that he was really enjoying the new Harry Potter attraction which just opened at Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme park which is located in Florida. As a matter of fact, he had already ridden the roller coaster, in the form of a dragon, five different times!

As he was being interviewed by ‘CNN’ in the shadow of Hogwart’s Castle, he gave his impression of the towering castle; It’s “pretty amazing, I have to say. It does appear to be kind of 700 (feet) of rock and castle. My personal favorite thing here is the Dragon Challenge. … It’s been a while since I’ve been on a roller coaster that terrifying, but I’ve done it five times in the last two days, and I plan to go a couple more times today.”

He also shared with CNN how he felt while walking through the theme park. “You are just kind of immersed in the world of Hogsmeade, the village from the movies. For any kids out there who were like me when I was a kid … you can now just come here and live the movie, pretty much, but without all the danger involved.”

The new Harry Potter attraction was reportedly around 265 million dollars, but officials did not confirm this information. Radcliffe, who is about to turn 21 years old, has been playing the part of Harry Potter for most of his childhood, since he was 11 years old. He finished filming the last movie in the series last weekend, and got to celebrate by attending the park opening, which was a terrific idea in his opinion.

And just to assure his fans that he wasn’t only there for show, he added, “And I promise you that I would not be here today if I did not think this place was absolutely phenomenal, which it really, really is.”
