new beginning for Piku
August 1st, 2009 - 2:45 am ICT by Sampurn WireGuys do you remember Piku Sharma, who made news with her ouster from the serial “Chandramukhi’? Apparently, she is making a comeback with DD’s another serial tentatively titled “Piya Basanti Re’.
She is playing a lead in the serial, which is scheduled to go on-air in about a month’s time. This show will be aired thrice a week. “As of now we are ready with only pilots, so I cannot reveal much about the show. Even the title of the serial is not yet finalized,” she informs.
She was given the pink slip from her previous serial, as she had major problems on sharing room with her co-star. Hmm… We say darling let bygone be bygone, as there is always a fresh beginning.
