As per the reports, several users of Netflix complained that the site was showing some error codes from Friday evening. It has been reported that the officials of this website has confirmed about the error and stated that they are trying to fix the problem as soon as possible.

According to the reports, the post of the website officials indicated that the site is unavailable temporarily. It has been reported that the engineers of Netflix are trying their best to restore the service. They have also appreciated people for bearing the inconveniences. The site had issued a helpline number so that people can contact them if they need any kind of assistance. However, till the last reports the site officials did not provide any information about the cause of the problem.

As stated in the reports, the shipping centers of the site has not stopped receiving and sending DVDs and so there would not be any problem in processing the movies. It has been reported that even though the Netflix site experienced outage problems, people would be able to watch the movies on their Netflix ready device.

Though the officials of the site informed people that their technical team is trying to fix the problem, many people still tweeted about it on various social networking sites. Many people prefer to watch movies on the online site of Netflix and they anticipated that the downtime issue of the site would spoil their weekend plan of watching movies.
