However, the actor shocked everyone when he asked the “Bollywood Badshah’ Shah Rukh Khan to shut up at the Filmfare Awards. The incident is still fresh in memory of the audiences. Neil had completely lost his cool at SRK who was hosting the show. Even though he later apologised, his father Nitin Mukesh didn’t forgive him for giving in so easily to his rage.
It seems like Neil is the type of person who learns from his mistakes. The actor has finally learnt how to handle a joke. At the recently held IIFA awards, Riteish Deshmukh, who was co-hosting the event with Boman Irani and Lara Dutta, pulled Neil’s legs. This time, Neil only got embarrassed instead of enraged when Riteish showed his semi-nude pictures from his movie Jail.
This incident goes on to prove that Neil has come a long way in the past three years and has finally learnt the tricks of the trade.
