Neha Dhupia To Play A Rural Lass

June 7, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Neha Dhupia is one sexy woman, who is extremely comfortable in her skin. She made her debut with Qayamat: City under threat, but it was her role as the sexy oomphmati in Julie, which put her on the map. Though the film was a box office bomb, Neha’s talent was noticed and she went to act in movies directed by acclaimed directors such as Priyadarshan and Anees Bazmi.
Versatile actress that she is, she carried out the comic part in Singh is King and De Dana Dan as well as that of the seductress in Raat Gayi Baat Gayi effortlessly. After winning the prestigious Miss India title in 2002, there was no looking back for this lady. She will also star in the much anticipated Action Replayy, with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Akshay Kumar.
Neha Dhupia will star in the Subhash Kapoor directed With Love to Obama where she has experimented with a completely different genre. She plays the role of the village thug here. It will be really interesting to see Miss Dhupia as a village belle, because the audience is used to watch her strut around the screen in western clothing. The movie will also star Rajat Kapoor and Amol Gupte.
She may not be counted among the the leading actresses of today but with the kind of movies that she is taking up, Neha Dhupia is not far from achieving the status of one. She sure is one determined chick.
