NDTV’s ‘Devi’ cast revealed

After the grand success of “Raaz Pichhle Janam Ka’, NDTV Imagine is planning to launch a new show called “Devi’ to be produced by Shakuntalam Production.

Do you remember the villager girl who played Sumalatha from “Dill Mill Gayye’ who was seen for few months on screen? Well, she is now about to come back with NDTV Imagine’s “Devi’. “Deepali Pansare will essay the lead role in “Devi’ which is basically, the journey of a girl child to a devi based on a true life incident and superstitions that plague rural India” our source informs.

“Along with Deepali Pansare, Hemant Pandey from “Office Office’ and Nimay Bali are also finalized to portray vital roles in the serial. The show will go on air in New Year and is scheduled mostly for the prime time slot,” adds the source further.

So after so many reality shows get ready to experience a serial based on superstition!
