NBC’s “Sunday Night Football” Overtakes CBS’ “November Christmas”

mailgooglecomNov 30, (THAINDIAN NEWS) NBC employees no doubt are having a gala time. This is the 12th time that the channel has once again come up as the winners of the Sunday night ratings. According to sources, CBS “November Christmas” had given a tough competition to NBC, but NBC successfully managed to achieve the highest ratings. The “Sunday Night Football” where the sensational match between the San Diego Chargers and the Indianapolis Colts was being aired, had the maximum number of audience glued to the television screen.

According to sources, “Sunday Night Football” was the No. 1 program on Sunday night while “November Christmas” was following close behind with a huge viewer-ship, was indeed a feather in the cap of CBS. Whereas at the same time, “Sunday Night Football” went to become a boon for NBC earning them 14.8 million viewer-ship. According to an overnight data which was released today by a reputed media outlet, “Sunday Night Football” was the clear winner when it came to audience ratings.

Over all, NBC has supposedly drawn 13.5 million viewers and an 8.2 rating /13 share across the households on Sunday night. CBS was the second one topping the charts with 12.5 million and an 7.6 rating /12 share. Next came FOX with 10.4 million viewers, with 5.9 rating /9 share and then ABC with 5.5 million viewers and a rating of 3.3/5. NBC also reigned the charts with the coveted title for earning the adult 18-49 demo title, having a 4.9 rating. However, the list saw some change in configurations in the category of adult-demo title. Second place went to FOX who had rating of 4.3, with CBS following up with 2.3 and ABC at the end with 1.4 points.
