Washington, Nov 27 (ANI): Actress Natalie Portman was able to draw a line between her public persona and her private life, thanks to her screen name.
The 26-year-old actress, whos real name is Natalie Hershlag, said that she created a stage name for herself because she wanted to lead a normal childhood.
The Zoolander star who found fame at the age of 12 in 1994 film Leon, added that having a screen name was like having an alter ego.
“It was like having an alter ego. I was able to keep my public persona controlled and let the messiness be in private. I could be a human being, Contactmusic quoted him, as saying.
