London, April 5 (ANI): Supermodel Naomi Campbell is said to have deferred her Haiti trip due to malaria outbreak in the earthquake-ravaged country.
The 39-year-old has been on her toes for increasing help in the Caribbean nation since the tremor that devastated the whole Haitian civilization.
Campbell had hosted a fashion show in New York and London to accrue charity for the people of Haiti.
She was supposed to visit Haiti in April for raising money to increase aid for the homeless but the visit has now been cancelled as the region has been hit by malaria, the Daily Star reports.
Campbell still wishes to visit Haiti in the coming months, a source said. (ANI)
