My Name is Khan special on ‘Music ka Maha Muqabla’

Gajendra Singh a well-known name behind bringing reality show concept to India and creating popular Music talent hunt shows has come back with ‘Music ka Maha Muqabla’ musical show on Star Plus. Meet special guest Shahrukh Khan and Karan Johar in a very different style altogether on Saturday, January 23, 2010 at 9.30pm.
Shahrukh Khan and Karan Johar was the guest of the show who came to support Himesh Reshammiya and Shreya Ghoshal’s team respectively. SRK not only was cheering his team but also boosting the spirit of his opponent team. It was the first time on a realty show, guests performed on all the songs sung by all the contestants. They were spotted having immense fun on the show. SRK was keen to back Himesh’s team as he cracked in his own style saying- his IPL team has been loosing all the time, which he does not like and so he wants to win here.
Shankar was amazed to hear Rehman a contestant who sang “Mola Mere Lele Meri Jan’ and said “if we would have found him earlier then we could have definitely given him a chance to sing a song in My Name Is Khan’.
SRK came into his generous self and gifted his expensive watch to a contestant, Vinit as a birthday gift. If SRK was backing Himesh and enjoying; so was Karan on Shreyas’ side. It was a touching sight to see Shahrukh being emotional when Sheraya’s sang “Tujhe Mein Rab Diktha Hai’.
Not only this SRK removed his jacket to perform on “Dard- E- Disco’ song sung by Shreya’s team and gave a fantabulous performance. Himeshs’ team was no less; they made SRK dance on “Ishq Kamina’ too.
It was very crucial match for Himesh’s team to win the round to keep their place reserved in the show and with SRK on their side they really pulled it off very well. Every one enjoyed including contestant and audience. Don’t give a miss to this unusual SRK special on “Music ka Maha Muqabla”, which will air on 23rd of January on Star Plus 9.30pm.

Dear Gajendra Hi,
Yesterday I was watching your Music ka maha muqabl;a, I am shocked with the way idiot Himesh reshamiya comment on Rafi sahab’s immortal song “ yeh ishq ishq hai ishq ishq “
What that idiot know about music, if someone does’t have respect for legend Rafi sahib, then he does’ know the A.B C of music( more over world know how BESURA Himesh is, his voice is worst than dog barks)
Secondly I was utter shocked with shreya’s comment that this song was sung by Mana da, lata & asha, how she ignored the main singer that is Rafio sahab’ whom even Mana da hold in high regards.
Do not encourage such biases singer.
I challenge Himash dog reshamiya if he has guts show him my email & let him reply. Then I will see how I react.
Anyways this is one of the music lover viewer who has been hurt by childish behavior of both Himesh & shreya’s comment.

It doesn’t speak well of our esteemed Judges/Captains when they start to shout and misbehave. Please stop as you really spoil the shows. You don’t make very good role models. The world is watching you. Don’t disappoint us.

I THINK AS SACHIN DEFEAT GAVASKAR,SHERYA WILL DEFEAT LATA JI IN FUTURE,BECAUSE SHE IS NOT ONLY GOOD SHE IS BEST.SHE IS THE SACHIN IN SINGING.
