California, May 1, (THAINDIAN NEWS) There is some real good news for all the heavy metal and hard rock music lovers who eagerly wait for the annual musical extravaganza Ozzfest is finally over. The line-up and the dates for the much anticipated Ozzfest 2010 has been finally announced, to the utter delight of all music enthusiasts who make it a point to attend the event every year.

The much-awaited musical festival would commence from August 14 in San Bernardino, California and would continue for almost the whole across a number of venues in the United States. In the main stage of this year’s Ozzfest, the performances which is all set to enthrall the concert-goers would include those of Ozzy Osbourne, Halford, Nonpoint, Motley Crue as well as Devildriver. Since the line-up of the Ozzfest 2010 has been declared, the anticipation among the Ozzy Osbourne and Motley Crue fans has been running immensely high as this would be the first time that the two would tour together since the year 1984. After the musical festival kicks off in San Bernardino, it would continue the musical journey in Hartford, Chicago, New Jersey, Connecticut, Camden, Pittsburgh and would reach its conclusion in Boston on August 24.

The performers who would be part of the second stage of the event includes Drowning Pool, Kataklysm, Black Label Society, Kingdom of Sorrow, Saviors, Goatwhore and Skeletonwitch. According to a statement that has been released in the official website of the event, each date would include 13 bands performing on two stages while the musical festival scheduled to start from 1 p.m. Since the line up has been announced, music lovers are eagerly waiting to catch the performances of their favorite bands.
