Britney Spears London, Sept 22 (ANI): Muse’s rendition of Feeling Good has been named the greatest cover version of all time.

The rock trio’s cover of the track - originally made famous by Nina Simone - topped a poll of music fans, beating performances by the Clash, Jimi Hendrix and Jeff Buckley.

Britney Spears’ version of ‘I Love Rock ‘N’ Roll’ was named the worst ever cover in the survey for car maker Seat.

Over 15,000 music fans participated in the poll, which placed Twist And Shout by The Beatles in second place and Johnny Cash’s cover of Nine Inch Nails song Hurt at three.

“The cover versions we love are generally the ones that radically overhaul the original,” the Mirror quoted Luke Lewis, deputy editor of NME.com, as saying. (ANI)
